Start-up process of vacuum oil filter operation steps:
1.Wiring preparation: connect power supply, adjust vacuum pump, oil pump rotation direction.
2.Prepare before vacuum operation: all the valves inside the machine are opened to form a path, and the peripheral valves are closed to ensure the operation of vacuum.
3.Vacuum pumping: Start the vacuum pump, when the pumping reaches - 0.06, open the inlet and outlet valves at the same time, observe the oil flow in and out.
4.Start the heater: When the oil reaches the equilibrium point (through the viewing mirror), turn on the heater and set the temperature (20-80 degrees) to observe the temperature change.
Note: If the oil is cold and the viscosity is high, we can close the main valve of the water separator and the filter tank first, open the bypass valve, and not pass through the water separator and the filter element, so as to reduce the resistance (pressure) caused by the oil penetration. When the temperature of the oil rises to 50 degrees, the main valve of the water separator and the filter tank can be opened to form a channel, observe the change of the pressure value and adjust the pressure source.
5.Cyclic filtration: When the heating temperature reaches the set temperature, the heater stops automatically. After 2 hours of continuous cyclic filtration, the changes of water content (whether there is crystal in water atomization) and color (sampling observation) of the oil are observed to achieve satisfactory results OK.
The shutdown process of vacuum oil filter operation steps:
1.Stop the heater and keep the machine running continuously for several minutes. Wait for the heater to cool down. No oil-free dry burning is allowed.
2.Stop the vacuum pump and open the exhaust valve so that there is no vacuum in the body to prepare for the exhaust oil.
3.Continue to run the oil pump. When the oil is exhausted inside the machine, stop the work of the oil pump.
4.Turn off the power supply and drain the residual oil from the tank body. There is a valve joint under the tank body.
